CONSUMER LAW

As a consumer/customer you are entitled to efficient service whenever transacting or dealing with the credit provider or any other business, be it a retail store where you buy your furniture or groceries store.

Every contract to supply a service is to be treated as if it includes a term that the trader must perform the service with reasonable care and skill.

Consumers are entitled to goods that are of quality, functioning, good for the purpose they are advertised or designed. Often at times the Consumers’ rights are violated and the businesses refuse to refund the consumers when in-fact they should.

Some consumers have been placed under debt review or administration while being unaware of what they are agreeing to. As a consumer you need to be careful of the telemarketers and know exactly what you are agreeing to, if they fail to divulge full information relating to the service or product, you can review and set aside the agreement.

INSURANCE LAW & THIRD PARTY CLAIMS

We assist you in understanding the ‘‘fine print’’ that may cause your insurance not to pay out when you clam.

We also assist in assessing your insurance claim and reading the terms and conditions if you claim and your insurance refuses to pay although we hope to first assist you in understanding the terms and conditions before penning that signature so that if there are unfavourable terms, we take you through them and possibly renegotiate to remove them.

In peak hours or late at night accidents happen and the other motorist who caused the accident may refuse to pay for the damages caused to your vehicle or make undertaking that they would pay and later retract. Let us help you by enforcing your rights against the wrongdoers.

Cyclists often find themselves bumped by cars while riding on the right and safe side of the road, and the driver of a vehicle refuses to acknowledge their wrong or pay the cyclist’s medical Bills. We help you sue them for damages that you suffered.
